About Me
Coaching
Kate Lowe is an ADHD and neuro-inclusive coach and advisor. She has a Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching and Mentoring from the ADHD Foundation UK and is accredited by the Association for Coaching. Kate is a member of the Universal Coaching Alliance and is about to complete her training as an Executive Functioning Coach through Connections in Mind. She has been working with ND communities for over 15 years.
Advocacy
Passionate about neurodiversity, psychoeducation and de-stigmatisation, Kate has a breadth of lived experience. She has worked steadily to support and advocate for her three neurodivergent children (now thriving young adults.) She uses her deep understanding of the complex challenges and unexpected strengths associated with different neurotypes to help clients and carers thrive.
Creativity
Kate is a practising artist, founder of Pollen Collective and a trustee for Kindred Studio Artists. She has an MA in Fine Art from UAL and has a special interest in the links between neurodiversity and creativity. Kate draws on 20 years of working in advertising (in both creative and strategy) at Saatchi & Saatchi and J Walter Thompson. She regularly speaks to creative industries and educators about tapping into the unique abilities and perspectives associated with ADHD, ASD and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
